This warranty does not cover the wear from normal use, or any problems caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper maintenance of the tool.

    The socket done great... shipping and customer ughhh

    The socket is great but shipping on the other hand was terrible I ordered on Sunday, payed as much for shipping as I did the socket. Which would've been fine because it was the fastest shipping they had, needing the socket. I happily paid. "Knowing it would be here Monday or Tuesday at the latest". boy was i wrong about that. having gotten ahold of customers service on Wednesday wondering when my socket would be here...., I fould out it hadn't even shipped out yet.... to cut story short ordered on Sunday a 50 $ socket with $50 next day shipping .... I received Friday evening. It was for a customers eaton 8ll transmission to take the yoke off the back box. Job was week behind, customer was mad, because they where losing money with truck outta order and I was losing money with shop space taken up..... No mention of a refund on shipping either.socket was superb
